unwoke.space is a search engine. By using it you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so please do. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Searching

  • Search results come from other search engines and from the web. We rank and filter them by our guidelines and by votes, but we don't write, check or control the pages they lead to. Visit them at your own judgment.
  • The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise that it is always available, complete or free of mistakes.
  • Don't overload the site: no automated scraping, mass querying or attempts to break in or get around limits. We may block connections that do.

Accounts

  • You don't need an account to search. An account lets your votes count for everyone and gives you more settings.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • One person, one account. Votes are meant to show what real people think: don't create extra accounts or use scripts to vote.
  • We may disable or delete accounts that break these terms, and you may ask us to delete yours at any time through Contact us.

What you add

  • Your votes, tags, ads and messages must be your own honest input and must be legal. No spam, scams, malware, threats, harassment or content that exploits anyone.
  • By adding something you let us show and use it on the site for its purpose (votes rank results, ads are shown to visitors, and so on).
  • We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

Ads

  • Ads are checked before they run and must be truthful and legal. We may refuse or remove an ad.
  • Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card details.
  • If we remove a paid ad before it has finished its run, we refund the unused part. If an ad is removed because it breaks these terms, we may keep the payment.
  • You are responsible for what you offer in your ad and for dealing with the people who answer it. We are not a party to any sale or trade.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy policy. In short: we keep as little as we can, and your searches are never linked to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, unwoke.space and the people running it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from the sites it links to, or from ads and dealings between users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
